Apa Kekurangan tanpa kelayakan akademik yang bersesuaian untuk perjawatan penyeliaan dan pengurusan?
- Kurang memahami sistem kerja, undang-undang, hak dan pertanggungjawaban selaras kelayakan ikhtisad.
- Kerja sudah lama, pengalaman sudah banyak tetapi pangkat tidak naik.
- Berpengalaman dan berpangkat tetapi gred gaji yang diterima adalah rendah.
- Kurang dihargai, berpangkat tetapi tahap akademik lebih rendah dari kakitangan bawahan.
- Persekitaran tugasan dan pengurusan atasan berubah, keceriaan dan tahap keyakinan bekerjaya adakalanya tergugat.
- Persekitaran tempat dan tugasan baru tidak boleh menjanjikan jawatan atau gred gaji yang sama atau lebih tanpa kelayakan akademik yang setimpal.
- Teringin untuk menyertai korperat besar dan berpangkat tetapi tiada kelulusan diploma atau ijazah.
- Percaya rezeki sudah ditetapkan, tetapi tidak bergantung kepada keupayaan diri "Ketentuan Qadar ala kadar".
- Sebagai penghargaan diri, seorang yang terpelajar dari Universiti Awam.
